We start full-time employees at $13.00 per hour.
Must be able to work a minimum of 32 hours a week.
Up to $27,040 per year
24 Hours per week - $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
18 Hours per week - $9.00 per hour
12 Hours or less - $8.00 per hour
You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them.
All Chick-fil-A Restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.
Work Directly with a Chick-fil-A Operator
The Operator is an independent business person, responsible for the operation of the Restaurant, who invests time in his or her employees, teaching them important business skills for the future.
Chick-fil-A Leadership Scholarships
Eligible Chick-fil-A Team Members have the potential to receive a $2,500 Leadership Scholarship, with the ability to re-apply for up to four years – for a potential total of up to $10,000 for college while serving as Chick-fil-A Team Member. These scholarships are awarded to Chick-fil-A Team Members based on leadership, academic achievement and community involvement.
True Inspiration Scholarships
Eligible Chick-fil-A Team Members also have the potential to apply and receive an individual, one-time award of up to $25,000. These scholarships are awarded based on leadership, academic achievement, community involvement, and demonstrated financial need.
Educational Assistance Opportunities
In addition to scholarships, Chick-fil-A is offering access to tuition discounts and other benefits for Team Members at more than 70 colleges and universities across the country, which can be combined with either of the above scholarships. Opportunities and eligibility vary by school, but benefits and tuition discounts of up to 30 percent are effective immediately.

Employees interested in becoming a Chick-fil-A Operator can gain valuable hands-on experience through the Leadership Development program. This extensive training program is offered at Intermediate and Advanced levels at the Chick-fil-A corporate office in Atlanta, GA.

Chick-Fil-A Merrimon Avenue Catering Team
Pay $13 per hour – Must be able to work 32 hours per week
The Catering Team is dedicated to increasing catering sales inside and outside the Restaurant. The Operator will decide how the Catering Team should allocate his/her time, but some common Catering Team responsibilities are below:
Identify catering opportunities and follow up on opportunities through phone calls and visits to potential catering guests.
Leverage established corporate partnerships and relationships that have Raving Fans®.
Make the sale and secure the agreement with catering Customers.
Confirm orders the day of the event.
Ensure Team Members are delivering a “REMARK”able pickup and/or delivery guest experience.
Follow up with guests for feedback and to inquire about their recent experience.
Ensure Team Members are properly trained.
Add value for catered events by having a Cow mascot appearance, offering the Chick-fil-A tent for outdoor special events, and decorating with Mini Plush Cows, branded mints and balloons.
Manage a database of catering guests.
Work closely with operations and kitchen staff to ensure the Restaurant has all food and paper goods needed to prepare upcoming catering orders.
Ensure the catering equipment and catering area in the Restaurant are clean and organized.
Maintain documentation around all Restaurant catering procedures.
Continuously evaluate all guest experiences, and create a culture of continuous improvement and communicate operational improvement ideas to Operator.
Be an ambassador for the brand by building relationships with local community members.
Maintain and continue to grow existing catering relationships (e.g., surprise a guest at work with his or her favorite Chick-fil-A menu item, mail a handwritten thank-you note thanking a guest for his or her partnership with Chick-fil-A).
Distribute marketing materials to potential catering guests to build awareness of Chick-fil-A Catering.
